Qowiyyul Jismi Continues...

Tried my hand (and body) at one of his Seminar Fat Loss sessions, and I've got to say, understanding the ABCs of fitness and fat loss has never been this exhilarating! Now, we all know it's a marathon, not a sprint. But how do we keep the momentum going? "Istiqamah." It's not something you chase; it's a sneaky result that creeps up on you when you least expect it. The secret sauce? Simply plan your day-to-day, week-to-week training. Just keep showing up, and voila, Istiqamah is the unexpected guest at your fitness party! And speaking of parties, let's talk knowledge. Because knowledge is power, right? Understanding the basics keeps the fitness flame burning. Ever wondered how fat decides to pack its bags and leave your body? Well, it's like a stubborn houseguest; it won't leave unless you put it to work. So, before you load up on too much fat, remember—it's there to stay unless you're considering some "suck it out" operation.
